Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions:
- Application: means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named TaskFlow.
- Company: (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zunnka.
- Device: means any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Personal Data: is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service: refers to the Application.
- Usage Data: refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Local Data Stored on Your Device
The Application is designed as a local-first task management tool. All tasks, subtasks, recurring tasks, and settings you create within the Application are stored exclusively on your Device. We do not transmit this data to our servers, as we do not operate any centralized servers for task data.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
To improve the quality of our Service, we use third-party services:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: We collect Usage Data to understand how users interact with the Application, which features are most used, and to improve the user experience. This includes information such as device model, OS version, and app-specific events (e.g., task creation, setting changes).
- Firebase Crashlytics: In the event of an application crash, we collect technical information to help us identify and fix the issue. This includes stack traces, device information, and logs leading up to the crash.

Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- For app improvement: Analyzing usage patterns and crash reports to fix bugs and enhance features.
Retention of Your Data
Since your task data is stored locally on your device, it remains there until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Usage and crash data sent to Firebase are retained according to Google's retention policies.
